Carbon electric heating process

Biomass undergoes gasification reactions to produce biomass charcoal and generate a large amount of biomass combustible gas, which directly enters the combustion chamber for complete combustion, reaching temperatures above 1200 degrees. This provides a heat source for biomass waste heat boilers, supplying steam and heating to urban communities, schools, hospitals, and industrial parks. This model features a simple process flow, low investment, and short construction period, making it suitable for the supply of biomass energy and steam turbine power generation in industrial development zones, towns, and large enterprises. This process can be used for straw molding, gasification power generation, or combined heat and power generation of energy charcoal (black particles), which is used for clean heating in rural areas.
